That's a great experiment, Adam! Remember in college when I tried the 2am-7am, 2pm-5pm schedule for a week?

I remember that the length of my own experiment wasn't long enough--a week wasn't time to readjust my habits, so I never really slept the schedule I was trying for. I do recall being exhausted when I had to get up at 7am, but then dreaming for nearly three solid hours during the afternoon sleep and having TONS of energy in the evening. I'll be interested to hear how your own schedule works out after a couple of weeks.
